Our WADU-02 product generates a small amount of ozone.
Ozone concentration of the product generated is less than 0.02ppm, certified by US ARB ozone test and less than 0.05ppm based on the Ministry of Environment.
It is the highest level in the world with a value lower than the domestic ozone concentration standard of 0.03ppm or less under the CA certification standard of the Korea Air Cleaning Association.
           

If it doesn't work even though it is replaced to a new cartridge, or if the beep does not sound when the power is turned on, you will need to talk to service center.

• When the cartridge need to be replaced, this signal blinking a week ago in advance.
• After a week, the device will be stopped automatically. It is designed for 90 days limitation because the performance and efficacy can be reduced. For this reason, cartridge should be replaced as soon as possible.  TIP: Always have an extra cartridge on hand.

The cartridge shelf time is one year and it is vaild for 3 months after open it.

Therefore purchasing two cartridges is recommended when the second cartridge is replaced. Please keep the cartridge in a cool place or refrigerator.

This is the normal fan motor sound inside the machine for spraying OH radical. If you switch to NIGHT MODE, the speed of the motor decreases and the noise of the device decreases. If you hear other noise, please check with service center.

If the pinwheel indicator light is on, it means that the device is well operating. When changing the night mode, only night mode LED on.

If you want to switch to NORMAL MODE Just press NIGHT MODE.

The cartridge is used for 3 months and the device stops automatically after 3 months regardless of the remaining amount.

Check the cartridge replacement signal and replace it. Since the cartridge liquid is sensitive to temperature and humidity especially in summer and it provided in sufficient amount , so even after 3 months, the remaining cartridge must be discarded and replaced with a new cartridge. After 3 months, deterioration of the liquid can cause problems to normal device performance.

Cartridges should be kept away from direct sunlight and cool or temperature (18~25 degree C) or refrigerated storage is recommended. Due to the liquid(orange extracted oil) contained in the cartridge, the boiling point is low, so it should be stored with more care in summer, and if stored for a long time after parking, cartridge liquid may deteriorate.

The Wellis Air unit was not tested specifically on COVID-19 so we do not make this claim. However, it was tested and found very effective against the previous SARs virus, with is a COVID type virus. Wellis Air treats particles less than 0.1 micorns. The COVID-19 virus size ranges from 0.06 to 0.14 microns.
